Onsite primary care

Onsite clinics. Care where the work is.

An onsite primary healthcare clinic is the highest-leverage investment in workforce productivity: quick to access, low-friction, and designed for early intervention before a small thing becomes a long absence.

So what

Onsite primary care lifts performance by addressing the small things before they become big absences, and it signals to your people that you are invested in them.

A full clinical chain of command

An onsite clinic is only as good as the governance behind it. Every OccuFit clinic runs under a defined clinical team: occupational health nurses on site, an Occupational Medical Practitioner for sign-off, a Registered Occupational Hygienist where monitoring is involved, and case managers for incapacity and injury-on-duty matters.

Medication is dispensed against a full stock register with OMP sign-off, and every consult is captured on the same record that carries the employee’s medical surveillance history.
